How information is handled when you visit this website or contact Gosai Digital.

This Privacy Policy explains how Gosai Digital ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our website (the "Site"), submit an inquiry, or communicate with us.

What we collect

We collect information in three ways: information you provide, information collected automatically, and information from service providers.

Information you provide

When you use the inquiry form, we collect your name, work email address and company name. You may also provide a phone number and a description of your workflow or project. The form records contact consent, submission time and a request identifier used to avoid duplicate submissions. It does not accept file uploads. If you contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include in that message. Please do not include worker or client personal information, health information, passwords or other credentials in an initial inquiry.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Site, we (and our service providers) may collect:

  • IP address
  • Browser type, device information, and approximate location (derived from IP)
  • Pages viewed, interactions, and referrer/source pages

The website uses Vercel hosting and Vercel BotID to help protect inquiry submission from automated abuse. The application also uses a salted hash derived from an IP address for rate limiting. Hosting and security providers may separately process network and browser information.

Cookies and similar technologies

We may use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep the Site working reliably
  • Understand performance and usage trends
  • Improve user experience

When analytics configuration is enabled, the site can use Plausible to measure browsing and limited conversion events, such as a contact-link click, starting the form and confirmation that an inquiry was saved. Application conversion events do not include form answers or request identifiers; the default tracker removes query strings and fragments from its event URL. Actual processing depends on the configured provider and tracker.

If scheduling is configured, an optional Calendly link takes you to that separate service. The website does not automatically embed the calendar or prefill inquiry answers into the scheduling URL. Information you provide there is subject to that service’s practices.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you disable cookies, some features may not work as intended.

How we use your information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide requested information
  • Evaluate whether we can help with your project
  • Schedule calls and communicate about services
  • Improve the Site and our offerings
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues
  • Comply with legal obligations

Inquiry submissions and notification status are stored using Neon database hosting in Washington, DC, United States. We use Resend for inquiry notification delivery; the notification contains submitted contact and workflow information and uses the submitted email as its reply-to address. A saved submission is distinct from successful email delivery.

Depending on your location, we process information under one or more legal bases, including:

  • Your consent (e.g., when you submit a form)
  • Our legitimate interests (e.g., operating and improving the Site)
  • Performance of a contract or steps prior to entering a contract
  • Compliance with legal obligations

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share personal information with:

  • Service providers that process data on our behalf, including Vercel for hosting and bot protection, Neon for database storage, and Resend for email delivery
  • Professional advisors (e.g., legal, accounting) as needed
  • Law enforcement/regulators if required to comply with law or protect rights and safety

International transfers

Inquiry information is stored in a Neon database hosted in the United States. Other website and email providers may process information in additional locations under their service arrangements.

Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to:

  • Respond to inquiries
  • Maintain business records
  • Comply with legal obligations

Retention periods vary depending on the nature of the information and the context in which it was collected.

Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your rights and choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Withdraw consent (where processing is based on consent)
